1. Cancellation Policies

  • For Vets (1099/Relief)

    • You may cancel shifts you’ve entered at any time.

    • If working in a ClinicOS hospital, the clinic may enforce its own cancellation policies (minimum notice, penalties, or trust scoring).

  • For Clinics

    • Clinics set their own cancellation rules when using ClinicOS.

    • PawthosX does not intervene in clinic-specific policy enforcement.

2. Data Privacy & Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • Only clinics you authorize (through invoicing or ClinicOS permissions) can access your shared information.

  • PawthosX does not sell or resell personal data.

3. Professional Conduct

  • PawthosX One is built to protect trust between independent veterinarians and clinics.

  • Users are expected to:

    • Keep profiles accurate and current.

    • Communicate promptly with clinics about schedule changes.

    • Follow professional and ethical standards at all times.

  • Repeated policy violations may result in account suspension.

4. Support Channels

  • In-App Support → Go to Settings → Support to open a ticket.

  • Emergency Issues → If you cannot access your account or payments, flag as “urgent” in the support form for priority handling.

5. Feedback & Feature Requests

  • We actively welcome suggestions from vets and clinics.

  • Use the in-app support form → select Feedback/Feature Request to submit ideas directly to our team.

  • Many features (including Stripe/ACH payments and ClinicOS integration) were shaped by early user feedback.

6. Terms of Service & Legal

  • Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and related agreements are available under Settings → Policies.

  • By using PawthosX One, you agree to these terms.

  • Updated terms will always be communicated in-app and by email.
