1. What is PawthosX One?

PawthosX One is the all-in-one app built for independent veterinarians, relief vets, and 1099 clinicians.
It helps you:

  • Discover and book shifts with trusted clinics

  • Track your hours and manage your schedule

  • Create and submit invoices in seconds

  • Get paid reliably, with transparency

  • Keep your credentials and availability in one secure place

Think of it as your professional home base — designed to give you control, not extra clicks.

2. Download & Install

PawthosX One is available on iOS and Android.

  • iPhone/iPad: Search “PawthosX One” in the App Store.

  • Android devices: Search “PawthosX One” in Google Play.

Tap Install, and the app will download like any other. No special setup needed.

3. Create Your Account

  1. Open the app and tap Get Started.

  2. Enter your name, email, and mobile number.

  3. Create a password.

  4. Verify your email (check your inbox for a link).

  5. Set up two-factor authentication (recommended for extra security).

4. Build Your Profile

Your profile helps clinics know who you are and what you offer.

  • Credentials & Licensing – Upload your veterinary license(s).

  • Specialties – Note areas like surgery, ER, exotics, etc.

  • Availability – Add days/times you’re open for shifts.

  • Preferred Radius – Tell the app how far you’re willing to travel.

  • Payment Details – Link your bank account or card for payouts.

You control what’s visible — only the info clinics need to book you.

5. Next Steps

Once your profile is complete, you’ll be ready to:

  • Browse open shifts in the Shifts tab

  • Set your invoicing preferences

  • Sync your calendar so nothing gets missed
