1. Login Issues

  • Forgot password? → Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the reset link sent to your email.

  • 2FA not working? → Make sure your device’s time/date is correct. If locked out, contact support to reset your account.

  • App won’t load? → Confirm you’re on the latest version in the App Store/Google Play.

2. Payment & Invoices

  • Invoice not sending? → Double-check clinic email is correct and your Stripe account is connected.

  • Payment delayed? → Stripe typically deposits within 1–3 business days. Holidays and weekends can extend this.

  • Can I invoice without Stripe? → Yes, but invoices must then be delivered manually (email or export PDF).

3. Shift & Time Tracking

  • Forgot to end a shift? → Edit the time manually from your shift history. Geofenced reminders help prevent this.

  • Shift not showing in my calendar? → Make sure it’s saved after entry. If syncing to Google/Outlook/Apple Calendar, re-export if needed.

  • Can clinics add shifts for me? → Not yet. All shifts must be entered manually by the vet (until the open-shift marketplace launches).

4. ClinicOS Integration

  • Why don’t I see TriageAI or DischargeAI? → These are only available if you’re working inside a ClinicOS-enabled hospital and the clinic admin has granted access.

  • Can I export data to Cornerstone/Avimark/etc.? → Yes — use PDF or email export for Artificial Presence modules.

5. Notifications

  • Not receiving reminders? → Check your notification settings in both the app and your phone OS settings.

  • Getting too many nudges? → Adjust notification timing or disable end-of-shift reminders in Settings → Notifications.

6. App Errors

  • Crashing or freezing? → Try force-closing and reopening the app. If it continues, delete and reinstall.

  • Data missing after reinstall? → All data is stored securely in the cloud. Log back in and it will re-sync.

  • Still broken? → Tap Settings → Support to file a report. Include screenshots if possible.

7. General FAQs

  • Do I need a business to use PawthosX One? → Yes. Payments require a valid Stripe account tied to a registered LLC, Corp, or sole proprietor 1099 setup.

  • Can I use PawthosX One without Stripe? → Yes, but you’ll only be able to generate and export invoices — not receive ACH payments.

  • Is my data secure? → Yes. PawthosX uses encrypted storage and follows industry-standard security practices.
