Reporting Bugs & Sharing Feedback
Why Your Feedback Matters:

As part of our Founding Cohort, you’re not just using PawthosX — you’re helping shape it. Every bug report, suggestion, or “this feels clunky” comment goes straight into how we improve the platform.
We built PawthosX for veterinary teams, and that means listening closely to the people inside it.
Quick Feedback Tools:
You can tell us what’s working (or what isn’t) anytime:
🐞 Bug Report Button → always available at the bottom right of every screen
✉️ Email → send details to support@pawthosx.vet
💬 “Sammy” (AI Assistant) → embedded in ClinicOS and on pawthosx.com, ready for quick notes
📋 Weekly Survey → a short check-in delivered every Friday during beta
What to Include in a Bug Report
The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it. Helpful info includes:
What were you trying to do?
What happened instead? (unexpected results, error messages, confusing behavior)
Screenshot or screen recording (if possible — visuals save us a ton of time)
Device or browser you were using (ex: iPhone Safari, Windows Chrome, etc.)
Types of Feedback We’re Looking For
We welcome it all — big or small:
🐛 Bugs or glitches – something that didn’t work as expected
✏️ Language & tone issues – especially in AI output or client-facing copy
🔄 Workflow blockers – anything that slowed you down or felt confusing
🌟 Wish-list ideas – “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” suggestions for the future
What Happens After You Report
Your feedback doesn’t disappear into a void. Here’s the flow:
Logged → everything goes into our internal tracker (via Linear)
Reviewed → product + engineering teams review reports weekly
Prioritized → issues are sorted into either hotfix (urgent) or future release cycles
How You Can Track It
📧 Email Updates → once your feedback is logged, you’ll get updates as the ticket moves through review, development, and release.
🖥️ Status Widget → visit our website to check the live status of your ticket(s) in real time.
✅ Resolution Notice → when your ticket is fixed or your suggestion is live, you’ll receive a confirmation with changelog notes.
What You’ll See in Return
📢 Weekly Changelogs – published in Intercom so you know what’s fixed and new
🚦 Feature Flags – new features roll out clinic by clinic so you’re never disrupted
🎉 Thank-You Page at Launch – early clinics and contributors will be recognized for helping shape PawthosX
💡 Tip: Even if you think it’s “minor,” send it in. Sometimes the smallest tweaks have the biggest impact on making clinic life calmer and easier.
