ScreenPresence is a smart display system designed to enhance both the client experience and team efficiency inside exam rooms, treatment areas, and lobbies.

ScreenPresence can display:

  • Client welcome screens – personalized greetings with pet name & visit type

  • In-room marketing & education – promotional videos, wellness plans, service spotlights

  • Live transcription review – Chronicle AI notes displayed in real time for team/client review

  • Client video tool – playback of surgical updates, pet care instructions, or personalized messages from the care team

  • Room status & alerts – occupancy, cleaning, or waiting indicators (when linked to RoomOps)

How to Set Up ScreenPresence?

  1. Power on the device.

  2. Connect to your secure WiFi.

  3. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

  4. In ClinicOS, go to Admin Settings → ScreenPresence.

  5. Assign the PawsTV device to a specific room or lobby.

How ScreenPresence Is Used in Daily Workflow

  • Client arrival → Personalized welcome message plays automatically.

  • During visit → Marketing, educational content, or Chronicle live transcription can be displayed.

  • Discharge & follow-up → Client video tool allows playback of tailored discharge instructions or pet updates.

  • RoomOps integration → Displays live status of the room (ready, occupied, cleaning) for both staff and clients.
