Understanding the PawthosX Status Page
PawthosX maintains a public status page at:
This page gives clinics a clear view of platform health, service availability, regional status, active incidents, and recent stability history.
The status page is designed to help your team quickly answer:
Is PawthosX operational?
Is there a known issue?
Which service is affected?
Is the issue global, regional, or limited to one system?
Has PawthosX already detected and responded to the issue?

Status regions and nodes
The left side of the status page allows you to view system health by region or service area.
You may see areas such as:
Global
United States
United Kingdom
Mexico
Integrations
Incident Logs
This helps separate broad platform status from regional or integration-specific status.
For example, a communication provider issue may affect one region or service, while the rest of PawthosX remains operational.
Platform stability
The status page includes a platform stability indicator showing how many days have passed since the last major incident.
This gives clinics a quick snapshot of recent platform reliability without needing to read every incident log.
Global operations
The Global Operations section shows the current health of major PawthosX service groups.
These may include:
Core Systems
Support Systems
Payment Systems
Communications
Web & API
Each group may be marked as operational, degraded, experiencing an outage, or undergoing maintenance.
What each status means
Operational
The service is running normally.
Degraded
The service is available, but some functionality may be slower, limited, delayed, or partially affected.
Example: Text2Pay may be degraded while terminals and stored payments remain operational.
Major Outage
A major service is unavailable or significantly disrupted.
Example: Texting services may be down while voice services remain operational.
Maintenance
The service is undergoing planned maintenance or scheduled work.
Core Systems
The Core Systems section shows the health of the main PawthosX platform.
This may include:
PawthosX One
API & database services
MCP & Artificial Presence
Local Node & AI
Pawsworth App
If Core Systems are operational, the main PawthosX platform is functioning normally.

Payment Systems
The Payment Systems section shows payment-related service health.
This may include:
Terminals
Text2Pay
Stored Payments
A payment service can be degraded without all payment services being down.
For example, Text2Pay could be degraded while terminals and stored payment methods remain operational.

Communications
The Communications section shows the health of messaging and voice services.
This may include:
Texting Services
Voice Services
A communication issue may affect client texting, SMS notifications, voice services, or related communication workflows.

Incident detection and updates
When PawthosX detects a service issue, the status page may show an incident banner with the affected systems and the latest update time.
For all major outages that occur between 6am-10pm you will hear from the PawthosX team and receive updates within 60 minutes of the issues start time.
Some incidents may include system-generated analysis, automated monitoring notes, or engineering response updates.
This helps clinics understand whether PawthosX is already aware of the issue and actively responding.
When to check the status page
Check status.pawthosx.com when:
PawthosX is slower than expected
Text messages are delayed
Payments are not processing normally
A client communication feature is not working
A regional service appears unavailable
Your team wants to confirm whether an issue is known
What to do during an outage
If the status page shows a known issue, PawthosX is already monitoring or responding to the incident.
Clinics should continue using available unaffected workflows when possible.
If your team is experiencing an issue that does not appear on the status page, contact PawthosX Support so the team can investigate.
Our commitment
PawthosX is built for veterinary operations, where downtime and confusion can affect real clinic flow.
The status page exists so clinics do not have to guess.
When systems are healthy, degraded, or disrupted, PawthosX aims to communicate clearly, update quickly, and keep teams informed
