What Is Atlas & Atlas FlowBoard?

Atlas is your hospitals visit map and FlowBoard is the live digital whiteboard for your hospital. It’s the central hub where your team tracks patients, rooms, and schedules in real time — replacing wallboards, sticky notes, and manual flag systems.

Atlas is where the day comes together:

  • See every room’s status at a glance

  • Track which patients are where

  • Monitor appointments and schedules across providers

  • Assign or reassign cases quickly when flow changes

  • Stay aligned as a team without shouting down the hall

What You Can Do in RoomOps

  • Room Status Management → mark rooms as occupied, ready, cleaning, or custom states.

  • FlowBoard View → see all patients currently in the hospital, their assigned providers, and their stage of care. Including service length timers, "next up" queuing for preemptive room scheduling and more.

  • Live Scheduling → track appointments, walk-ins, and transfers in one shared view.

  • Staff Presence → log who is in each room with RoomKey integration.

  • Client Communication → display room status or welcome messages through ScreenPresence (if enabled).

  • Team Communication → Can provide notifications at your request when wait times are greater than or equal "x" and more. Know who is needed by the glow around the patients "flow container". Each level, assistant, technician, and DVM have assignable colors by task.

Why It Matters

Atlas is designed to:

  • Replace outdated flag systems with a modern, unified view

  • Reduce patient wait times by showing bottlenecks in real time

  • Keep the entire team aligned with one shared board

  • Support faster handoffs and fewer missed steps in care

⚠️ Note: Atlas is the operational “nerve center” of ClinicOS. Environmental data (temperature, humidity, noise) and automation overlays are part of PulseCheck, Enviro+, and Scout Systems only.
