RoomOps is your live clinic status board. See who’s where, for how long, and what needs to happen — all at a glance.

Key Functions:

  • Assign triaged patients to rooms

  • See timers for each phase (exam, consult, treatment)

  • Visual status tiles: Waiting, Exam, Under Treatment, Cleaning

  • Role-based alerts (e.g. “Exam >20 min”)

How to Use It:

  1. From Dashboard, tap Atlas FlowBoard

  2. Drag & drop patients into active rooms

  3. Tap tiles to:

    • Update status (e.g. "Treatment Started")

    • Add notes

    • Transfer rooms

  4. Use filters by DVM, urgency, or timer flags

Integrated Features:

  • Links directly with TriageAI

  • Syncs with InventoryOps during treatment

  • Outputs to PawthosX One (Clinic Version) & if permitted to the 1099 version and ScreenPresence (coming soon)

Best Practices:

  • Assign CSR, Tech, DVM roles in advance

  • Use alerts for room timer warnings

  • Color-code per case type or urgency
