Every alert is routed through MCP, shaped by Persona Engine, and delivered only where it matters.

You decide what’s urgent, who sees it, and how fast it arrives.

FAQ

Can I disable all alerts for a specific role?

Yes.
Under Admin → Roles & Access, you can define which roles hear about which events.

Can alerts be sent by email instead of Slack/SMS?

Yes — but email is best for summaries, not rapid updates.
Slack/SMS are preferred for real-time operational alerts.

Can alerts be routed through MCP?

All alerts already run through MCP for safety, consistency, and prioritization before delivery.

Does B.O.N.D. send client alerts from these modules?

Client communication is separate and handled by B.O.N.D., using templates shaped by Persona Engine.
