Use the Help Center when you need instructions, walkthroughs, setup guidance, or answers about how PawthosX One works.

  • Finding setup guides

  • Reviewing feature walkthroughs

  • Sharing training resources with your team

  • Understanding workflows before submitting a support ticket

Use the support ticket portal when something needs action from the PawthosX team.

Tickets are best for:

  • Reporting an issue

  • Asking for help with a specific workflow

  • Requesting troubleshooting

  • Submitting a clinic-specific support need

  • Tracking the status of an open request

  • Following up with the PawthosX support team

When submitting a ticket, include as much detail as possible, such as the patient, client, invoice, visit, user, device, or workflow involved.

Screenshots, screen recordings, and exact steps are helpful when available.

Feedback and Changelog

Use the feedback portal when you want to suggest an improvement, request a feature, vote on ideas, or follow what has shipped.

The feedback portal is best for:

  • Submitting product ideas

  • Requesting workflow improvements

  • Voting on feature requests
