1. Updating Your Profile

Your profile helps clinics know who you are and ensures invoices/payments flow smoothly.

  • Go to Settings → Profile

  • Update:

    • Name & contact information

    • Veterinary license(s) & credentials

    • Specialties (ER, surgery, exotics, etc.)

    • Preferred shift types

    • Travel radius / availability

💡 Once you bill a clinic for the first time, their info is saved for faster future invoicing.

2. Payment Setup (Stripe/ACH)

PawthosX One pays you directly through Stripe.

  • Go to Settings → Payments

  • Connect your Stripe account (must be tied to a valid business entity — LLC, S-Corp, or 1099 sole proprietor).

  • Link your bank account for deposits.

  • Once connected, invoices marked “Paid” will trigger Stripe to deposit funds automatically.

3. Notifications

  • Go to Settings → Notifications

  • Toggle which reminders you’d like:

    • Shift reminders (before start)

    • End-of-shift geofenced nudges

    • Invoice sent / paid alerts

    • Payout confirmations

  • Adjust timing (e.g., 1 hour vs. 24 hours before a shift).

4. Calendar Sync

  • Go to Settings → Calendar Sync

  • Export shifts into:

    • Google Calendar

    • Outlook

    • Apple Calendar

  • Sync is one-way (from PawthosX One → external calendar). Shifts logged elsewhere won’t flow back.

5. Security

  • Password reset – manage under Settings → Security

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) – strongly recommended for account protection

  • Device management – view active sessions and log out remotely if needed

6. Data & Exports

  • Export all invoices, shifts, or time records in CSV or PDF

  • Access via Settings → Data & Exports

  • Helpful for:

    • Year-end tax filing

    • Solo 401(k) contribution planning

    • Bookkeeping & accounting

7. Support & Policies

  • Support – open a ticket directly in the app under Settings → Support

  • Policies – review cancellation guidelines, terms of service, and community standards
