Change setting for patient after spay or neuter performed

Workflow Improvements

We spayed Gracie, owned by Susan Coley and it did not switch her to Spayed in the patient file. I noticed it today and had to update it manually.

    @Heather Bruce Thanks for bringing this to our attention- we will be adding this to our roadmap. Adding it as an automation in the near future.
